What You’ll Do
Oversee daily shop workflow to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and on-time repairs
Support technicians with advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair guidance
Perform high-level diagnostic and repair work as needed
Work closely with service advisors to ensure clear communication and proper repair documentation
Maintain quality control standards across all repairs and maintenance
Train, mentor, and develop technicians at all skill levels
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
Assist management with process improvements and shop performance goals

What Makes You a Strong Fit
Extensive experience as an Automotive Technician, preferably at the dealership level
Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities
Proven leadership skills with technicians who trust your judgment
Ability to manage workflow, prioritize repairs, and keep the shop moving
Excellent communication skills with both technicians and advisors
Familiarity with OEM systems, scan tools, and repair procedures
ASE or OEM Master certifications are a strong plus
