What You’ll Do

• 
  
• Oversee daily shop workflow to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and on-time repairs
  
• Support technicians with advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair guidance
  
• Perform high-level diagnostic and repair work when needed
  
• Work closely with service advisors to ensure clear communication and proper documentation
  
• Maintain quality control standards across all repairs and maintenance
  
• Train, mentor, and develop technicians at all skill levels
  
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
  
• Assist management with process improvements and shop performance goals
  

What Makes You a Strong Fit

• 
  
• Extensive experience as an Automotive Technician, preferably in a dealership environment
  
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities
  
• Proven leadership skills — techs trust your judgment and follow your direction
  
• Ability to manage workflow, prioritize repairs, and keep the shop moving
  
• Excellent communication skills with both technicians and advisors
  
• Familiarity with OEM systems, scan tools, and repair procedures
  
• ASE or OEM Master certifications are a strong plus
