Job Description: Full Time General Sales Manager
The General Sales Manager is responsible for the overall sales performance of the company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, as well as strong leadership and management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies that will increase sales and market share
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Negotiate contracts with customers
- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers
- Represent the company at trade shows and other industry events
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales management
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
