SALES MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily operations of the dealership sales department
- Lead, train, and motivate automotive sales consultants
- Drive sales volume, gross profit, and dealership performance
- Monitor KPIs including units sold, gross profit, and closing ratios
- Desk deals, structure transactions, and support closing sales
- Manage inventory, pricing strategy, and merchandising

- Experience as an automotive sales manager or dealership sales manager

SALES MANAGER SKILLS
Strong leadership and management skills in automotive sales operations, including team development, deal structuring, and performance management. Experience driving revenue growth, increasing gross profit, and managing high-volume dealership sales teams.
Knowledge of sales KPIs, inventory management, CRM systems, and customer satisfaction (CSI). Ability to train, motivate, and manage sales professionals while maintaining strong closing performance and dealership growth.
