🔥 What You’ll Lead & Own
- Daily Service Operations — Drive workflow, dispatch, productivity, and bay efficiency with precision.
- Team Leadership — Coach advisors, mentor techs, and build a culture of accountability and pride.
- Customer Experience Excellence — Turn every visit into a 5-star experience and elevate CSI scores.
- Financial Performance — Own labor gross, ELR, hours per RO, warranty compliance, and department profitability.
- Process Optimization — Implement systems that reduce bottlenecks, increase throughput, and improve communication.
- Safety & Compliance — Maintain a clean, safe, fully compliant shop environment.
- Cross-Department Collaboration — Work closely with Parts and Sales to keep the entire dealership running smoothly.

- Proven success as a Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager, or Fixed Ops Leader in a dealership environment.
- Strong command of dispatching, workflow management, and technician productivity.
- Ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable without losing the room.
- Deep understanding of warranty processes, OEM requirements, and repair order documentation.
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to turn tough situations into positive outcomes.
- Data-driven decision-making — you know your KPIs and how to move them.
- High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and a steady leadership presence.
