  • Team Leadership — Coach advisors, mentor techs, and build a culture of accountability and pride.
  • Customer Experience Excellence — Turn every visit into a 5-star experience and elevate CSI scores.
  • Financial Performance — Own labor gross, ELR, hours per RO, warranty compliance, and department profitability.
  • Process Optimization — Implement systems that reduce bottlenecks, increase throughput, and improve communication.
  • Safety & Compliance — Maintain a clean, safe, fully compliant shop environment.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration — Work closely with Parts and Sales to keep the entire dealership running smoothly.
