Your Role:

As a Warranty Claims Assistant, you may:

  Process and submit warranty claims to manufacturers accurately and efficiently.

  
  
  
• 
  

  Review repair orders for compliance with manufacturer warranty policies.

  
  
  
• 
  

  Communicate with technicians, service advisors, and manufacturers to resolve claims.

  
  
  
• 
  

  Maintain detailed records using dealership software and ensure timely follow-ups on pending claims.

  
  
  
• 
  

  Monitor warranty receivables and reconcile discrepancies promptly.

  
  
  

Key Qualifications:

• 
  
• 
  

  Strong attention to detail, data entry skills, and organizational abilities.

  
  
  
• 
  

  Experience in automotive service departments, warranty processing, or dealership operations (preferred but not required).

  
  
  
• 
  

  Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.

  
  
  
• 
  

  Proficiency in computer systems, including DMS software and warranty portals.

  
  
  
• 
  

  Knowledge of vehicle repairs and manufacturer guidelines is a plus.
