CarGuys Inc. — America & Canada’s #1 Automotive Recruiting Company — is expanding our internal team, and we’re looking for a high-energy, personable, phone-savvy BDC Rep / Call Center Rep to join us in our office. Full-time preferred, but we’ll consider part-time for the right dynamic individual who brings the spark.

This role is simple:
Talk to dealerships and repair shops all day… and make them glad you called.

What You’ll Be Doing

• ✅ Making outbound calls to dealerships & repair shops
• ✅ Building strong, natural relationships with clients
• ✅ Providing updates, follow-ups, and service check-ins
• ✅ Acting as the friendly, confident voice of CarGuys Inc.
• ✅ Keeping CRM notes clean, organized, and accurate
• ✅ Supporting our recruiting team with client communication
• ✅ Delivering a professional, upbeat, personable experience on every call

What You Bring
